DNS problem on Internet Download Manager(Globe,Smart)

I got a problem on my IDM when downloading it pop up something like DNS toruble or check my ISP
so i take a look at my DNS on my IPv4 setting.. its a blank.. so i ut google DNS 8.8.8.8. and second DNS 8.8.4.4 now its working :))
